So with the weather starting to warm up a bit, I'm getting ready to start hunting some carp again. I've got the Canal around locks 6, 7, and 8 dialed in pretty good, but I'm thinking I might want to vary my scenery a little bit this year. I found a couple places on the Potomac by those locks where I can hunt them, but not really sure where else. Does anyone have any other good areas for sight fishing carp on foot around here?

Here are a few places:
Georgetown around 31st.
Mulberry tree between 34th and key
Just above Key bridge
About a quarter north of Key on the path  there is a mulberry tree

Thanks, John. Looks like I'll need to spend some time in and near Georgetown this year.

I've seen good sized carp above Widewater at Anglers but below Great Falls Tavern, on in the Canal where this map say Rocky Islands and Back Channel, https://goo.gl/maps/RD7jX
