Roaches Run project?

When I was at Roaches Run back in June, I remember seeing a lot of stakes and netting in the water at the south end, almost like a grid pattern. Gregg D. spotted in again this week and it reminded me that I meant to ask the group about it.

Anyone know what's going on there?
