Recommendations for Fall Rock & Bluefish Blitz in a canoe

Hey All,
I've love to try to get in on the Fall Rock & Bluefish Blitz on the Chesapeake Bay. However l just have canoe. Any recommendations on where to go that I have a realistic chance of getting into large schools of rock & bluefish chasing bait. And at the same time would be fairly safe for a canoe or kayak. My biggest concern would be traffic from motor boats.

put in a Jonas green state park and fish the severn river. from USNA to the 2nd bridge and look for birds
