Question about White Miller Hatch on the Potomac

Hey All,

               Does anyone have any info the White Miller Hatch on the Upper Potomac around Harper's Ferry.

If memory serves me correct it should be happening about now ?

That must be what was happening on a small part of the Potomac below Dam #5. As dusk deepened, the air was filled with white flies and the fish were jumping like in a cartoon...
The whole area was maybe 25 yards square--nowhere else that we could see.

Trent and I fished the whiteflies near Brunswick on Thursday. They got pretty thick at dark and the fish were on em.
