Suggestions for Fly Fishing today?

New to the DC area and haven't been fly fishing in forever . Thinking of running to Bethesda to grab a rod and reel . Just want to get the line in the water and catch some fish. Any suggestions for a location?

All the rivers have been stocked, and the shad shoul be around very soon.As far as location if you dont mind stockies North Westen Branch, patuxent river in Montgomery and howard county are good bets . check on the mddnr website they have maps and all.
