The article also mentions at-sea bycatch, which can be found here by clicking 'River Herring and Shad':https://www.fisheries.noaa.gov/new-england-mid-atlantic/commercial-fishing/quota-monitoring-greater-atlantic-region. There are two bycatch caps, one for the Atlantic (sea) herring fishery, and one for Atlantic mackerel. Units are metric tons.
