Anyone fly fish Prince William Forest Park?

Took a loooooooooooooooooong walk/hike with the wife today. Walked the length of the lower Quantico Creek, but didn't see anything other than some small chubs. I was wondering if anyone has hit the small and medium sized ponds/lakes they have within the park (free for AD military I found out)? Looks like really good belly boat fishing potentially.
