10yr old looking for first fish on a fly.

I have my 10 year old nephew staying with me for the next week and I'd like to get him out for his first fish on a fly. He's recently taken the Orvis 101 class, and can get a basic cast out.  Any ideas of where we can go and have a good chance of getting him a fish.  We're not picky and would be happy with bluegill and sunfish.  I'm in Woodbridge but don't have a problem traveling throughout NOVA or even down to Fredericksburg.  With the rains having most streams running high and muddy our options are limited.  Thanks for any advise.  Bob
