The actual name is Roaches Run Wildfowl Sanctuary. It's the pond along the GW Parkway just north of National Airport. Limited fishing from shore (mostly at the bridge), but also a soft launch for kayaks/canoes/SUPs/etc.

Mixed bag, when it comes to fish species... anything you find in the Potomac could be in there.
