January Beer Tie | Orvis 50/50 Movie

Happy new year!

We've got a big Beer Tie scheduled for this Monday. Please arrive no earlier than 6:30. Fly tying and film start at 7pm. The film features 12 fly fishing films by and about female anglers. 

We will be tying inside the bar as the movie will be set up on the covered patio. I haven't decided on a pattern to teach, it will most likely be a European style competition nymph. 

Orvis and District Angling will have their fly fishing women's clothing/gear on display. 

50/50 On the Water Film Tour Join NCCTU and TPFR at Whitlow's on Wilson Monday, January 13th, for a special screening of the Orvis 50/50 on the water film tour! Hey everyone,

I just wanted to give a few shoutouts to Orvis, NCCTU, and District Angling for making Mondays 50/50 on the water film tour event possible.

We had over 100 people in attendance, many of which were completely new to Beer Tie and TPFR altogether. It was awesome making some new friends and catching up with some old ones.

Heres growing the sport we love !
