This post is mostly just me bragging :) As a house warming gift my parents in law got me this awesome tool box from costco which I'd expressed interest in using as a fly tying materials box. My old setup was basically just all my crap in an ikea box with little to no organization so this is a big step up and I'm excited to be able to actually find what i need when i need it!

What is everyone else fly tying set up?

That's perhaps a Gerstner machinist's toolbox, or at least with a very close resemblance to one. They are a little heavy; still it's a classy choice and way nicer looking than a utillitarian injection molded plastic toolbox from the big box hardware stores. I have one in need of restoration that was once my step-father's (40 year tool & die man for Singer and General Motors). I plan to use mine likewise, but for time being I have a soft sided fly tying case (Orvis Safe Passage)  that works very well for Beer Ties, or at least when I'm not too damn lazy to tie over beer and burgers on the 2nd Monday of the month. ;-)

Definitely on the heavier side. I won't be bringing it to any beer ties.
