Just curious, is this a totally different program from PHW, which runs out of the USO at Ft. Belvoir?

This is a separate non-profit organization than Project Healing Waters (which is a great organization, I've volunteered for them as well). The focus of this group is on all types of fishing versus fly fishing specifically, and includes families and active duty personnel.
