Hello All,

Just wanted to confirm my reading skills are still working. For August Beer Tie is August 8th but Casting Church is August 14th, correct?

Also, if I may plug, Potomac River Smallmouth Club meeting Wednesday next week, July 27th. Our speaker is Jeff Kelble, Ashby Gap Adventures on, well, smallmouth bass spawns in the area. Join by Zoom or in person in McLean. Happy to share details.

Hey William and All,

If you want to join us in person, please show up at the Fairfax County Government/Police Station in McLean next Wednesday 7/27 at around 7:15PM. Address is 1437 Balls Hill Rd, McLean, VA 22101. We're probably the only group using the public meeting rooms that night, so it shouldn't be hard to find us.

If you want to join us over Zoom, please be patient. Our admin will generate that this weekend and I'll post it here.

Speaker Jeff Kelble was super knowledgeable on the particulars of the spawning window and how many factors relate to it in the Shenandoah and Potomac systems. And I met some great guys and picked up some great smallie tips.
