Cayman Is. fishing?

I'll be in Grand Cayman for a week coming up, and was hoping somebody up here has tips for fishing down there. We'll be on the beach, not sure exactly where: are there species I can get to from shore? Are there good spots for wading anglers? Any special flies?

If you are staying on 7 Mile Beach (which you probably are), don't over look renting a kayak from one of the numerous stands and just paddling off shore. The coral structures are easy to see and always hold fish. Plenty of Jacks, Snapper and Cuda to go after. Make sure you dive or snorkel Eden Rock or Devils Grotto while you are there!
