Thinking about wetting a line today.  schedule only permits 12pm-130pm fishing which I am pretty sure is about dead low.
Is it worth it?

Low tide + 25mph gusts = wind will blow water out.

I've managed to still catch fish in those conditions in the little pool right at the water discharge, but that's about the only place that will still be holding water.
