where to winter spey

Looking to get out with the 2 hander over the next few weeks to practice up for a trip to the OP.  Anyone have any suggestions in the area that are good to swing with a 2 hander.  The potomac is certainly an option as a practice spot but it would be nice to at least have a chance at a tug and it doesn't seem like that is too likely this time of year.

If you live near Leesburg, Goose Creek is a great spot.
