stuck at Disneyworld in a week. Advice?

I'm going to be at a conference at the Buena Vista resort, working most of the day from the 17th - 21st, but may be able to sneak out for lunches/late afternoons. 

Anybody found any accessible water nearby? Likely will be on foot or using cabs/ubers. Could bring a 9-weight if there was something super-worthy, or just throw a Tenkara rod and a box of little poppers and woolly buggers in the suitcase.  Weather looks sunny + mid 60's for the duration of my stay. 

Anyone got any ideas?

If you catch a cichlid of any kind, please post a picture!  If I went to FL (America's favorite place to die), my top interest would probably be catching oscars, peacock bass, managuense, midas, red devils, trimaculatum, etc.  All wonderfully pretty, interesting aquarium fish!

Actually, put that on my list -- I'd be happy as a clam catching those guys all day.

I had no luck fishing when we were there last June. Most spots on google maps were either gated or off limits. 

I've been told you can hire a 'guide' at the Ritz that shows up with a golf cart, cooler of beer, and gear. He drives you around to the stocked ponds on their property. These ponds have some monster bass.
