FYI: if you see cicadas (whatever stage of their life cycle) you can report your sightings here, http://magicicada.org/ - when you're done it will take you to a map of sightings. Looks like much of the Potomac but esp. from Fletchers on down will be good for fishing cicada patters.

They just arrived in my yard this morning (near Tysons). Thanks for the link - I made a report. My guess is areas farther upriver will light up with reports later this week with the warm weather.
