I’ve been down there on the shore. Absolutely nothing to see from the shore, unfortunately, but there’s a paddle in my future as well. Lots of videos on YouTube, and a good Wiki page also. What a wild history. Looks like a fantastic kayak / fishing / birding spot.

Swung by it 2-3 years ago and spoke with a couple of guys pulling their kayaks out - spinfishermen, they said don't used crankbaits there - to many snags etc, it'll get expensive.
