Reduced stocking at Gunpowder

From the MD trout stocking email:

Gunpowder Falls, Lower - The first scheduled stocking for Gunpowder Falls Lower is being cancelled due to low flows. The 2,200 trout scheduled for the Gunpowder Falls Lower Sections are being re-allocated to other locations within the area. Please note this stocking will not be made up at a later date, as these fish are being re-allocated elsewhere. Future stockings for Gunpowder Falls Lower Sections will be re-evaluated as needed.
