Conditions at Violettes/Pennyfield

Anyone know what conditions are like in the canal out near Violettes? I’m hoping to fish Senaca this weekend and then paddle back up the canal.

Just out this this AM. Water still at 3.5ft and cloudy. Water was very
cloudy even up the tributaries of Seneca Creek. No fish today biting.
