Susquehanna Overnight

Trying to plan an overnight canoe trip to the Susquehanna/Juniata and looking for some advice.  We'd probably be pushing off around 4pm on Friday and fishing till 7pm or so and then fishing again on Saturday from sun up to noon.    Based on that timeframe, and assuming that we take out at Riverfront Campground which I heard is a good area. Does anyone have any good ideas on where we can camp and where we should Put in?  Also curious if I am better off floating the JUniata or the Susquehanna itself.  Let me know if anyone has any good suggestions!
