Yes, repeal of the Stream Protection Rule is very unfortunate, especially for those of us in the Mid-Atlantic where mountaintop removal is happening only a few hours away. Unfortunately, President Trump has said he will sign the repeal of the rule. A misguided and short-sighted, though not unexpected, decision.
