In the course of scanning the paper last night after the Beer Tie, I spotted an ad for a foreclosure auction of 201 Chain Bridge Road. 

Anyone else think it would be the perfect TPFR club house? http://auctioncalendar.auctioneers.org/consumer/auction/image_list/699594

Looks like the private bowling alley from Kingpin.  I say we start the bidding.  A few more BEER TIE raffles and it's ours!
