It was chilly but nice out this morning.
The water is muddy but clearing a bit after last week's storms.

Has anyone caught any yellow perch yet, the last few years the weather has been so crazy that they've been coming in at different times sometimes as early as december and as late as March.

I got luck that it was my turn Sunday morning to let the dog out at 7:15.  After that  I got on the forum to see whats going on and saw John's post.  I never intended to move that fast at 7:15 am  but managed to get myself together and get to Fletchers by 9:00  from Leesburg.   Thanks John for all the help.

I have not taken anything out in many months and would love a two hander refresher course. I packed up and went to WV over Thanksgiving but the weather was not cooperating so it all remained in the bag. I am interested to join in if the river ice starts to clear up (rain today and tomorrow may help).
