Hey all-

New guy to the area here. I moved here from pittsburgh...yeah...the fishing was a little better there...but am getting out to all the waters around here as much as possible. I have been going after sunnies and bass lately and would love to get on some trout this fall. Hopefully one day I can check out a beer tie.

Any good small water in the area minus 4 mile run, accotink and holmes run?

Well, for starters, there's a stream within an hour's drive that has a denser trout population than any stream in PA.

Check out Shenandoah river. I've been killing smallies the last 4 weeks. And by killing I don't mean like no longer swimming in the river...
