Recs for Tarpon Fly Guide in the Keys

I am planing a Tarpon trip in the Keys for next spring and looking to book a "fly-first" guide. Curious if anyone here has any first hand recommendations of someone they have used in the past. Targeting the Islamorada area.

Rich Mitchell,  ‭(305) 393-0729 is our fly guide in Islamorada. We fish with him Jan-March. Books up solid in March-April so it's good you're planning a year ahead.
