Constitution Gardens fishing?

Tried hitting up the Constitution Gardens pond this weekend while we were looking at the Cherry Blossoms. I didn't see any signs of fish in the pond. Have the stocked it since the 2016 fish kill?

I caught a few small sunfish when I was fishing there last July/August.
