uploading programs to NSpire CAS

Hi,

How do you upload the programs at:

https://www.ticalc.org/pub/nspire/basic/math/ 

to a TI NSpire?  I have TI NSpire Computer Link sw but I don't see an option to upload a file to the calc from my PC.

I haven't tried doing it for the NSpire (yet), but on the TI-Connect software for the 84E, I display the program on my computer screen, then I see an icon that I click that sends it to the calculator. (see arrow pointing to calculator below "Actions" menu)
