I'm working on resuscitating a Yamaha DME64n, and having an odd issue with Dante.  Last Friday I got signal successfully through the unit according to meters, but ran out of time before I could connect to mixer & speakers.  Today, I'm having an issue I've never encountered before.  I get slightly distored (as if it were just a little too hot for some part of the signal path) audio passing for about 2 seconds every 11 seconds, with silence for the remaining 9 seconds.  I have checked to be sure there are no sample rate mismatches, no clock errors in Dante Controller, and I've tried two separate computers as sources with no change.

Anyone had this sort of issue before?

thanks in advance,

Ben Emerson

Ben,

Is the DME word synced to the slot that contains the MY-16 AUD?

I KNEW there had to be something I'd overlooked.  Thanks, Nick!
