Biological Evolution tends to over-ride all Philosophical and Religious Attitudes of us Human Apes.
People insist on getting Married, and Procreating, without much thought as to why.
They are just “doing what comes Naturally”.
Life is a mixed blessing, depending on your choice of parents.
Being born into a Rich Family, in a Free and Democratic Society, gives you a good start.
As to the Poor, they are too busy, trying to get food to eat, to speculate.
Right-to-Lifers should remember that “many are called, but few are chosen” where Heaven is concerned; hence, danger of Hell for most.
Mother’s Day?  Whom to Thank - or to Blame?
Meanwhile, the Human Plague spreads across the Globe.

15 attended Christian Brimo's discussion of 'Antinatalism".
He felt that, as everyone eventually wilts and dies, it was immoral of us to bring infants into this world to suffer the same fate.

Given that is impossible (ontologically and epsitemologically!) to ask or
know whether a child wants to be born prior to their sapience, such a
statement is unanswerable. Some people might have enjoyed living, and
embrace "wilting" and dying as part of that process.

From a sociological perspective I suspect that one would see a massive
correlation between optimism and pessimism and the voluntary birthrate. We
don't call the post-WWII generation "[baby] boomers" for nothing.
