Looking for volunteers to run a few meetings

Hello My Fellow Lions!

Spring has sprung and we are nearing Summer, and many Lions are travelling for the next few weeks, myself and some other board members included. In order to make sure we have someone to cover leading our regularly scheduled meetings we are looking for volunteers to run the following meetings:

• May 5th
• May 12th
• May 19th
• May 26th
• June 2nd

Please respond if you would like to run a meeting; we will assign them accordingly. A script can also be provided to simplify things for you. This might be a good opportunity for a Lion who has not had an opportunity to participate in a leadership activity to get their feet wet. There are a few Lions that have really impressed me, and I think would be great choices to lead some of these meetings, specifically: Lion Nancy Marvell, Lion Rena Hunley, and Lion Jim Winterbottom.

Because I will be difficult to reach while cruising from Cape Town to Portsmouth please contact Lion Carolyn, who has my proxy in my absence, for leadership-related decisions or requests.
