Sung Lee <hesperia...@gmail.com> in Castro Valley can set you up with any size of nuc or full size hive.
He needs to down-scale to clear his yard of bees before construction can begin. 

Robin Chatham may have bees for sale too. 
Someone recently announced they needed to find a home for two hives someone has to give up because of age constraints.
