Club Picnic Plans Aug. 8th 2026

Hey Folks,

We really want to see everyone at the picnic and it's a great time to meet significant others too.  It's the best time to show off that great family recipe for Coleslaw or cookies.

We will also have a honey tasting going on and others are bringing mead to enjoy.

We had a blast last year and it was great to meet folks that don't usually come to monthly meetings but chat online about our bees.  

The club will provide proteins, drinks, plates, cups and dinnerware.  So the rest comes from all of you.

Please RSVP to me 2 things

1. - how many in your party   

2. - what pot luck item you will be bringing

If your open as to what to bring call me for any items we may not be covering.

you can reach me either here on the chat or privately call text or email me at.  If anyone wants to marinade chicken or pork ribs the club will cover the cost and that'll be a big help.

I unfortunately cannot make that date. I’m catering a dinner that night for which the date was set several months ago.  Sorry to miss this fun and delicious social event. It’s always a highlight of the ACBA for me!

Sadly, I cannot attend either as I have purchased 5 tickets for 12 noon

August 8 at the Elmwood for the Cat Video Festival (usually the first or 2nd weekend

in August.

Also, I’m missed many monthly bee meetings this year because California

Society of Printmakers’ board meetings were on the first Tuesdays of the month.

But, luckily for me, they are moving their board meetings to the first Mondays beginning

next month in September.
