Pointing fields for reciognition in a picture for Tesseract 4.0

Hi, Suppose I have a mask for every symbol in a line: I know corners of boxes (in pixels) where letters or numbers must be. How can I make tesseract know about these coordinates so it use only that particular spaces to recognize symbols?
