Why is tesseract not recognizing such a clear image

Hi,

I am trying to run tesseract on a very clear image of an IC. The image is very clear and large. Tesseract still refuses to understand it correctly. COuld someone please tell me why this is happening?

I have attached the image to this file. Could someone please help me out?

to tesseract-ocr

it could be because of jpeg artifacts, try to look at b/w version of your image using tessedit_write_images
