Is reading this image accurately realistic?

I'd like to be able to read this image to text for further machine parsing. Is this realistic? I'm new to Tesseract and OCR generally. I'm including the image, output, and current CL settings I'm using:

This kind of input is always difficult (multiline character, different fonts, multilanguage) 

IMO I got better result with (I am not able to read Chinese):

> tesseract scan_2.jpg scan_2 -l chi_sim+eng

For me it looks like the biggest problem is pronunciation(?) words and tilda, and  those special brackets (< >), that could be solved (in come extended) by retraining....
