Tesseract.WebDemo giving terrible results on these images

Hi all,
I am doing a little application to automate claiming vouchers from https://www.asdapriceguarantee.co.uk
From images like https://www.dropbox.com/s/zmsh5aogag25a2a/2018-02-26%2012.38.30.jpg?dl=0 I need to extract the 20 digit code, the date and the time of the shopping.
Sadly all I get is "‘UIU‘IIO SLZHUIUO

The fact its not even getting the numbers is especially bothersome.
Can anyone suggest what the issue might be?
