Lost connection to "iPhone device"

I am working on tesseract SDK for greek language .when i run App it works fine in simulator but while testing the app on iPhone device gives the following error
"lost connection to iPhone device " restore the connection to " iPhone device" and run "App" again, or if "App" is still running, you can attach to it by selecting Debug > Attach to Process > App.
kindly provide a solution???
