I have looked into you NSI file and it looks very simple and logical and nothing out of the ordinary. It only creates two registry keys and just copies some files into the tesseract install folder, so nothing out of the norm there, but I have a repeatable issue in where if I install using the installer on a machine which has a ceratin software package on it, the program no longer runs. If i uninstall tesseract it still doesnt make any difference, so was expected a left over file or dll registration, but don't see that in the nsi so still not sure where the issue is. The other program has a custom DLL which does facial and LPR recognition, so I suspect it using some common linked file to tesseract.
