Guidance to decrease error rate and increase accuracy

Hi,

I am training Tesseract for "Jameel Noori Nataleeq" font for Urdu I have 4712 text lines and I am training for 200,000 iterations. I am getting error rate of 18.11%. How can I decrease the error rate? Are 4712 text lines enough? Should I increase number of iterations?
