Extracting text from specific region

[iFieldSmart Technologies]

I am getting the coordinates of a bounding box from an image file using a different piece of code. Now I want to use tesseract to extract text only from that specific region and not the whole file.

I am unable to find anything that serves this purpose using tesseract.

I am using c#. 

Please help.
