Chinese traditional trained data for 4.0 link unavailable

This is the link for downloading trained data for tesseract 4.0:
https://github.com/tesseract-ocr/tessdata/raw/4.0/chi_tra.traineddata
but it has been unavailable. Can anybody have it fixed?

i was able to get the file just now, it is 64.3 MB
