hey does tesseract 4.1.0-rc 4 support or compatible with leptonica 1.74.1 ?

Tesseract does not support leptonica. Leptonica support tesseract.

so which version of leptonica supports tesseract 4.1.0-rc4 ?

I am not sure what do you mean, but tesseract requires leptonica >= 1.74 but >1.76 is suggested version.

Current version is 1.78...
