Does tesseract dictionary support prefix/suffix words?

For example let's say certain language would write "my book" as "mybook"
without spaces.
Then there is "hisbook, herbook, theirbook, ...". It doesn't make sense
to add all these words to the dictionary for each noun right?
Can I use asterisks or something like that in the dictionary to indicate
prefix/suffix ? for example ("my*", "his*", "her*", ...) or it's not
supported?
