How do you set parameter in tesseract 5? bug

It doesn't seem to work on our end. 

We're using the C#version and want to set parameter with a confing file but that doesn't do anything.

We went on this page for the parameter : https://muthu.co/all-tesseract-ocr-options/

We wanted to "play" with them to see what make our usecase work better.
