Preprocess screenshot image before tesseract.

Hello Everyone,

Can anyone help me with the better pre-processing techniques before sending images to Tesseract. Adding some images here to get the better understanding of my problem.

Please do not send it to the mailing list compressed images (rar, zip). 

Post them somewhere or use appropriate image format to decrease their size (renaming bmp file to png does not work)
