Can tesseract OCR a bitmap file to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint formats

Hello, I was hoping that tesseract could convert a bitmap (tiff,Jpeg) to a vector Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint format. Does anyone know of a way to do this or is there a library or product that will accomplish this.

Tesseract can produce only plain text, HOCR, and searchable PDF.
