color detection and extraction

i am trying to build an OCR for college project. my professor told me to create a code to extract text with RGB Colors to retractable RGB texts. Can someone guide me please?!

you can use any other color detection over the image from particular section. may be tessarac is not able to detect color with text recognition

Any ideas? I want the output too in color same as the image.
