How to creat my own traineddata file?

Hello,

I want to created my own traineddata-file. I did this 1 time in the past but I can not remember.

Thats my way:

 1) convert my PDF into a tif-file

 2) upload the tif-file with jTessBoxEditor to create my box-file

 3) train and check the letters to get my new box-file

 4) <<here I should convert my box file into a traineddata-file>>

How I can convert my own box file into a traineddata file (like eng.traineddata)? Have you any ideas for that?
